We charge a per-employee fee based on their experience and role – register here to get a copy of our rate card. This fee is invoiced periodically as agreed upon. Beyond this, there are no hidden costs or additional fees.

The client is provided with a fixed, all-inclusive rate based on the employee's industry domain and experience level that we have categorised. This rate includes our fees and all service and operational costs. What we pay the employee remains confidential. Your sole responsibility is to pay the agreed rate to us (Ascendia Expansion Solutions LLP) as long as the employee provides service—no additional charges apply.

We handle all aspects of employee compensation, including timely monthly payments. This responsibility lies entirely with us, ensuring your focus remains on core operations.

We empower you with complete control over your team. If an employee underperforms, you have the right to terminate their services with a 2-month notice period which is as per the industry norm. We also offer support in identifying and onboarding a replacement swiftly to ensure continuity.

You can terminate an employee for business reasons with a 2-month notice period. Our flexible policies are designed to adapt to your business dynamics and minimize risks.

We take such incidents very seriously. Our inhouse legal team, strong local foothold in the Indian legal system, combined with expertise in dispute resolution, ensures accountability. We enforce stringent measures to safeguard your business interests and take immediate corrective actions.

In such cases, we prioritize continuity by initiating a replacement process immediately. 

No, you will not face any extra costs or charges in such situations. Ascendia takes full responsibility for managing these scenarios, including employee replacement, legal proceedings, or other related actions. The fixed, all-inclusive rate you pay remains unchanged, ensuring complete financial transparency and peace of mind.
