Alf is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 40 years of experience managing major rail and road infrastructure projects. His work spans the UK, Denmark, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, and Qatar, including mass transit, motorway, bridge, and tunnel developments. Alf has led multi-disciplinary teams, overseeing scheme development, critical path analysis, budget management, and sub-consultant coordination. His expertise ensures the delivery of large-scale transport projects, meeting stringent timelines and achieving exceptional standards of quality.
